I wanted to trade in my wedding ring (single ring with 1 carat center diamond and 4 small princess cut diamonds on each side, 8 total) for a solitaire and band set. I kept the center diamond but traded in the 14K band with the 8 small side diamonds. I ... had several other places recommended to me located in Walnut Creek so I set aside an entire day to visit all these places to see what me options were. It was a VERY disappointing and frustrating experience. Each place had very limited selection to choose from, only offered me $100.00 for my wedding ring (14k gold and 8 princess cut diamonds) and quoted me a cost of $1,200 to $1,600 for just the solitaire band, 14k gold. As I was walking back to my car ready to leave Walnut Creek empty handed I spotted D&D Jewelry. When I walked in Moe immediately greeted me with a very pleasant attitude. I love this place! They made my wife's engagement ring and band! It took 3 tries to get it just like the picture I gave them through which process they were very helpful and prompt. Unlike the jewelers at Gift center, he doesn't want you to pay in advance so ... you are stuck with an awful product! You pay when your item is delivered as promised.
