Essential Functions:
- Excellent customer service.
- Pleasant and professional attitude, having patience talking with and listening to customer needs.
- Consistently conveying the features and benefits of products to customers.
- Commitment to building long-term client relationships, increasing customer loyalty through personal interactions.
- Demonstrate knowledge of store products and services and uses this knowledge to build sales.
- Experience selling and educating about fine jewelry, certified diamonds, and watches.
- Enjoys meeting and interacting with customers; demonstrates an energetic and positive attitude.
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers, peers, and management.
- Trustworthy, punctual, dependable, and flexible with schedules including some Saturdays.
Qualifications:
- Sales and/or customer service experience required.
- Detail-oriented.
- Retail or wholesale experience in the jewelry industry.
- Excellent written and verbal communications.
- Computer literacy.
