After placing your order, please email us your image file (jpg, gif, pdf), along with the fingerprint. For best results use block ink pad and white paper. Black pen ink can also be used. Apply by one touch to the paper; rolling is not recommended. If possible, send multiple fingerprint files and our manufacturing team will use the best one.

Also please provide your desired engraving text.

It is of most importance that you verify all the order details before finalizing your order. Personalizations will be done exactly as requested. Turnaround time is normally within 7-10 days.

Note that any items engraved/personalized cannot be returned for refund.
